Our company typically leases vacant lots, shopping center out-parcels, and church property each November and December in the metro Atlanta area. We pay competitive rent in advance, a clean-up and security deposit, and a Certificate of Liability Insurance (2M) naming landlord (or other designee) as loss payee.
