TREES FOR TROOPS
Trees for Troops by the Numbers:
In 2005, the Christmas Spirit Foundation (CSF) and FedEx delivered 4,300 real Christmas trees to military families
Nearly 12,000 troops and their families received trees at 25 bases and in 17 countries, in 2006
The program reaches those serving in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and National Guard
Christmas Tree farmers and FedEx are donating trees and transportation to say "Thank You" to our troops and to make their holidays a little brighter
On December 8, 2009, FedEx will ship a minimum of 100 Big John's trees to MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida, hoping to make Christmas a little brighter for a few of our troops and their families
